Biography

Chantal is an Assistant Professor at the school of Physical and Occupational Therapy at Sherbrooke University, where she co-founded a laboratory on developmental disabilities (http://grand.recherche.usherbrooke.ca/). She is also a CanChild research associates (https://canchild.ca/en/team_members/34-dr-chantal-camden). Her research focuses on developing, implementing and evaluating evidence-based interventions and service delivery models for children with disabilities. She is currently involved in projects using Developmental Coodination Workshops to implement DCD best practices. She is also part of the CanChild Partnering for Change team and work on system-level analysis on the implementation of this new school-based service delivery model. Most of Chantal projects use participatory-action research approaches and engage stakeholders to improve service delivery to children with disabilities. Chantal is also involved in global health projects.
